The first step is to use the "Hey, Mercedes" command, as you would with SIRI or Google Assistant. Once connected, you can tell the system to adjust the climate controls by, for example, saying "Hey, Mercedes, it's hot in the car."
The device will then activate the air conditioning or at least adjust the climate controls to cool the cabin. This is just one example of what can be done with the MBUX. Users will notice the simplicity of the system and the ease of communication from the first use.
