Highly recommend! I had my eye on a certain vehicle I'd seen online and I was convinced I was going to purchase that particular vehicle. After speaking with Roger, he took his time to figure out what was important to me in terms of features/style. Based on his recommendation, I decided to purchase a different model which in hindsight ended up being the best decision taken. In the last 19years that I've been buying/leasing vehicles, I have NEVER come across such exceptional service as I had with VINCE from Mercedes Benz Toronto. Vince was completely transparent with me right from the get-go. There was no back and forth price gauging, there were no hidden fees, there were no high-pressure sales tactics or sleazy gameplay. From my first interaction with Vince, he told me that he would get me the best deal period. And he did. I shopped around to 4 other Mercedes dealerships for prices and came to Vince with the price he needed to beat and true to his word, he beat it. He also accurately shared the timeline that my car would arrive in (actually - he beat it by 1 day!). When I picked up the car, he took over an hour with me to make sure I understood everything, felt comfortable and was happy. Great Experience
Brought in the car for an airbag recall. Had the pleasure of working with Nicholas. Overnight drop off was easy and convenient. Recall service was completed without any issues and on time. I received frequent updates from Nicholas and the service department was very accommodating. Overall a great experience, would recommend.
