If you're heading to Mercedes-Benz Downtown ask for Munish. Munish made the car buying experience so easy. Everything I wanted in a car & on the car - he found. He is friendly, accommodating and down to earth. By far, the BEST experience buying a car we have ever had. There are not enough good things I can say about MB Downtown. The customer service is exceptional!!

An after hours call to Downtown Mercedes had us connected within a couple of hours to Clive Cheung, a Service Advisor at Downtown Mercedes in Toronto. He brought us in the next morning without an appointment and saw to it that our vehicle was serviced promptly. We had it back the next day, after my Toronto meeting, and we were able to continue our travels without delay.

We were coming into Toronto, traveling back from Florida to Thunder Bay, Ontario and had a check engine light come on. I called Downtown Mercedes and reached the GTA call center. I was told that the office was closed but the receptionist took the details and said she would attempt to reach a service adviser after hours. Clive Cheung, Service Advisor, called me shortly afterwards that evening and simply said to bring our ML 350 in the next morning and he would have it checked out. We arrived the next morning as directed and Clive looked after everything. The cause of the light was mass air filter which had also been causing slight delays in acceleration at low speeds. The part was under my extended warranty. We had our vehicle back the next day after my Toronto meeting and we were on our way with the ML behaving perfectly. No need to delay our return trip to Thunder Bay. Everything at Downtown Mercedes was handled professionally and efficiently. Can't sing enough praise. Thanks.
